Last Chance Productions (LLP) has been in business since 1996. Since our inception, we have been hard at work pursuing quality long-term relationships with individuals who share our vision of making films that have redemptive value. Our work ethic, integrity, and drive for perfection, is the principal reason why we pursue partnerships with like-minded organizations.

Collaboratively, Steven and Anthony formed Last Chance Productions with the specific goal to create, develop, and produce television and feature films that tell entertaining, inspirational and value driven stories. These projects are developed with the intention of having a far-reaching impact across several layers of the demographic infrastructure of today’s top moviegoers. LCP has yet to produce a full-length feature film for commercial release. However, with their focus on building solid, professional relationships by way of hard work and respect over the past 15 years, their collective contact reach extends deep into the heart of the world's most sought after and accomplished industry professionals. Having the ability to bring those contacts together for the right project, as Steven and Anthony do, is the true definition of a capable production team. LCP’s film and television slates are comprised of high-concept, generally family friendly, collaboratively written and/or top-quality purchased scripts. In addition to screenplays, commercials, and short films, they were also sought out to draft a series of commercials for a past presidential candidate. Steven and Anthony have been invited as guest speakers at several venues such as the “Christians in Media” national conference, along with established industry icons like Ralph Winter (X-Men, Fantastic 4), Scott Derrickson (Exorcism of Emily Rose) and over 80 other industry professionals. Anthony and Steven are members of BIOLA University’s Studio Task Force. Among their many accomplishments is the short film “Crash” which won them the prestigious “Gold Award” at the “168 Hour Film Festival”. LCP feels it’s very important to stay connected and involved in the community and have a “give back” mentality. Further, LCP has reached out locally and globally by producing significant, celebrity involved, fashion shows, Texas Hold ’em tournaments, and other events to increase awareness and funding for multiple charity organizations.

STEVEN G. LOWE (IMDb) - Production Executive
Steven has a vast experience in film development, scriptwriting, and coaching actors. He has produced several celebrity driven charitable events, and has invested over 25 years in human behavioral studies; where he counseled severely emotionally disturbed youth/families. Steven pays particular attention to detail and has an amazing eye for visualization and conceptualization of the film’s style. His professional and personable approach to “getting the job done” has gained him the respect of many top professionals in the entertainment business. As an accomplished acting coach, he has a unique perspective on an actor’s character development and internal authenticity and is able to get the performer to achieve autonomy while on the set. Steven has been awarded Orange County’s “One-On-One Counselor of the Year,” the California “Gold Award” and most recently received a “Humanitarian Award” from Anaheim Mayor, Curt Pringle, for recognition of outstanding service to youth. He has had success with worldwide radio syndication and national commercial advertisements since 1985. As founder of the very successful “The Actors Room”, Steven has coached many notable actors, such as Steve Borden a.k.a. Sting – Pro Wrestling Icon for the WCW (T.N.A. - Total Non-Stop Action), Sean Michael Afable – “Akeelah and the Bee”, Brook Kerr – “Passions”, Christopher Warren, Jr. – Disney’s “High School Musical”, and many more. In addition, he has worked with some of the industries top Casting Directors, such as Toni Suttie – Lucas Film, etc. As a Creator of television and film Steven has been writing and developing projects for over fifteen years. Steven is a member of the Writers Guild of America.

C. ANTHONY CHASE (IMDb) – Production Executive
Anthony adds his creative scriptwriting and on-set production experience to every project. Anthony has been on over 200 television/commercial sets and 100 film productions in Hollywood serving the film community as either an actor, crewmember, or as principal producer. While studying in Chicago in 1987-88, Anthony served as a peace mediator between leaders of rival gangs. He has since worked in the field of forensics for over 10 years as an Emergency Response Children’s Social Worker II for Los Angeles County, Maui and Orange County. As Founder and CEO for "Last Chance for Africa", he is working on practical sustainability projects in the Sub-Saharan region. As a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Anthony has worked on multiple television shows and feature films such as “City of Angels”, “Frasier”, “Fight Club” and “Face Off”. As a creator of television and film projects for the past 14 years, Anthony lends his expertise to the entire production process in a fresh and unique way.
